Details

THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. WE WILL BE SCHEDULING ANOTHER ONE SOON, SO DO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE WAITLIST AND WE WILL OFFER YOU A PRIORITY PLACE ON THAT ONE.

You're invited to join us for a time of community and deep listening. In the first half of the session we'll be reflecting on stories of unravelling. We'll tune in together on ways in which our current systems are showing signs of falling apart, naming the disturbing prospect of collapse, tending our emotional responses, and inviting stories from the heart.

In the second half we'll be envisioning a more beautiful world. There will be an invitation to go on a guided journey of crossing the threshold into the future possibility that is emerging in our hearts and in our midst. We'll then sit in council and share what we are seeing, the road that is rising up to meet us, opening our hearts to a vision of our highest potential.

We'll be working with the Way of Council guidelines as our core practice, where we speak from our hearts in stories, practice listening without judgement or attempting to fix or analyse what we speak or hear. The day will be interspersed with movement and song and some gentle time for connecting over food.

This is a joint event with Norfolk Grief Tending, and will be facilitated by Shona, Jen and Liz.

This is part of our series of Creative Conversations on the theme of 'Anticipating Collapse and Envisioning and More Beautiful World.' [https://www.thegates.uk/post/anticipating-collapse-and-envisioning-a-more-beautiful-world]
