This is one of several Christmas events we have planned for December.
Come along for lunch with Santa, Christmas activities, and of course plenty of play time!
Pre-booking is required and will close 48 hours before the event start time.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start time of your session.
There is ample free parking on the doorstep of the Hideaway (Partington Shopping Centre).
We strictly require all visitors to use the café rather than bring their own food and refreshments. This is for cross-contamination reasons and to ensure no one is accidentally exposed to something they shouldn't be. If you have any dietary requirements, please ask at the café as we’re able to cater for a wide range of requests.
Please keep buggies downstairs but you’re welcome to bring car seats up if needed. There is a lift for disabled access and the play facilities are all on one, open level making it easy to watch your children.
Please note although there are a lot of staff around to help, it is an unmanned play area and you are responsible for the safety of your children at all times.
Children should wear socks in the play area.
About our pricing
We offer two levels of pricing. As a registered charity we provide a wide range of free support and services to our community and beyond. Our standard entry rate to the Hideaway is as low as it can possibly be, as we want our great facilities to be accessible to everyone and we understand the challenges facing families right now.
That said, we also offer a Donation option for those that feel they can stretch to it. The donation is slightly higher and closer to the rate you may pay elsewhere, which helps towards the costs of some of our wider work. If you’re a tax payer we can also claim Gift Aid adding an extra 25p for every £1 spent! If you are able to choose the donation rate, that would be appreciated more than we can say.

Our entrance is situated between the Card Factory and Xtra Care Charity Shop. We're located on the 1st Floor but there is a lift at the bottom of the stairs if required.
