It's been our dream to open in Glasgow, with the founders being born and bred in Glasgow and still very much calling it home. We are now able to make this happen, initially with a LIVEstream offering and as we build up a base, we can look at moving towards a physical location. We are keen to roll out in lots of areas in the UK, so it will be brilliant to see where the interest is.

The HIIT Factory is like nothing you've experienced before. We have 9 studios in Australia and every studio is rocking with energy. We also have dedicated kids areas and families are very important to us, it's a big family and the beauty if LIVEstream is that you can get your fam to join in with you without paying any extra.
Our sessions are all 30 mins, and bodyweight is what we specialise in.
