A higher level than the “intermediate” one with moves, spins and combos using both bottom and top bar. As a minimum, clean Pike and Straddle entries are a must for this level. Hoops will be higher off the floor than in other classes. Crash mats (provided) are compulsory. Children (5 to 12ys) pay the full drop-in fee £12 or £9 for an online session, and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Online class: you will have your equipment, and be responsible for its regular maintenance. Crash mats are compulsory online.
Online class option: £9.

Class pass: £55, £95 and £140 options are available.

Please wear tight fitting sportswear to avoid skin friction with hoop equipment. It is suggested that legs and arms are fully covered.
