This class caters for beginner to early intermediate level, with a range of Aerial Hoops moves, spins and combos. From Mermaid to High Arabesque into Star on the Bar to Side Mount, Pike, or Straddle entry, classes are prepared to include suitable variations and always offer fresh challenges and new transitions based on students’ skills and abilities. Of course, spotting will be provided, and crash mats (also provided) are compulsory.
Ages: 5 to adult. NB: children (5-12) need to be accompanied by a paying adult and pay the same fee (£12).

This event is for women only.
Please wear tight fitting sportswear to avoid skin friction with hoop equipment. It is suggested that legs and arms are fully covered, especially as a beginner.

Parking available and free after 6pm. Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. PLEASE OBTAIN A TICKET FROM THE MACHINE ON SATURDAYS AS THERE IS A LIMIT OF TWO HOURS FOR YOUR STAY. The ticket won't cost anything but it does show the time of arrival.
