Christmas is a distant memory and Spring seems a lifetime away. Why don't you treat yourself to the yoga club's Winter Wellness day on 13th January. Just like our regular classes the day will be lighthearted and relaxed. We will take you through a journey; gently turning the volume down on the world. In the morning we will to raise our energy levels with some guided meditation and fun yoga flow sessions. After a lovely buffet lunch and the chance to chat with the gang we will head back to our mats.The afternoon will have a restorative emphasis as we bring the mind, body and breath into harmony and get some well earned yoga R&R. By tea time you will feel like a new yogi.
