We are launching an new exiting course here at Time Seekers, just in time for the New Year.
Clare has created this course, which offers an introduction into mindfulness, the science behind how it all works and practical ways to get started.
There are 10 practices that will help you become more aware of your thoughts and how they are effecting your daily life.
You can use these to help you at times of stress and overwhelm or choose to begin a daily practice to reprogram your brain, become calmer and more aware you feel and react.
You will have access to your 10 practices on the Time Seekers App, so you can take the course with you anywhere.
You will have access to the course for a month, you can take the course at your own pace.
It is possible to extend your access and even add to your wellbeing toolkit with our yoga, meditation, pranayama classes and much more.
