This weekly class is for women only, from 12 weeks pregnant. In class we use gentle yoga breathing, postures and relaxation to help women feel more comfortable and prepared for birth.
These classes are very popular and aim to give you a safe space to nurture and take care of yourself and your baby whilst also giving you tools to use for birth and the opportunity to meet other pregnant women locally.
The postures will be very gentle, specifically designed so you can attend through your pregnancy - you do not need any previous yoga experience!
Yoga based exercise and relaxation in pregnancy is extremely beneficial to pregnant women and benefits can include:

Tracy's Yoga for Pregnancy in a convenient central Ampthill location.
Please do bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket and a couple of cushions for your comfort.
Mats and blocks are available to purchase from your teacher. You may also like to bring a drink and snack for the end of class.
If you are unable to attend the session, I would ask you to give me notice so that I can offer the session to someone on my waitlist. However if short notice, I am not able to provide a refund due to venue charges.
