Welcome to your Reiki Level 1 course
We will cover all the aspects of Reiki such as history, philosophy and the practical elements, including attunement. Working with the symbols and becoming attuned to this beautiful practice for self care.
A course manual will be provided.
We advise all students who wish to participate in this course that they should be fully committed to undertake a 21 day cleanse after attunement. This is a spiritual detoxfication process involves:
Please bring with you a blanket, a notepad and a open heart. You may wish to bring some food and water, or purchase this from our coffee shop.
We ask if you can arrive a few minutes before your class if possible.
