Living Free Of Worry - Well-being workshop

Considering uncertainties unfolding across the world and in our individual lives, it isn’t surprising that many of us may be living in cycles of consistent worry.

Join us for this workshop as we come together in a safe space where we take the time to get to know the ways in which our worried selves may be showing up, to understand what’s really beneath, and to resource ourselves in places where we might be under-resourced.

When we think “worry” we may think “how do I get rid of it” and end up living on the run. Here we explore the opposite: turning towards it.

Workshop framework:

  • Inqury into worry
  • How traits show up in the mind and body, influencing thoughts and actions -Our 3 underlying needs
  • Moving away from a disempowered self, towards an empowered self.

We will use meditation, somatic movement, discussions (optional), sciences, worksheets and internal inquiry. We will take this time to pause from the habitual mental cycles and take the time to nourish.

The workshop will include a 10 minute break.

“Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.” - Rainer Maria Rilke.

Perhaps worry too is something that asks for our attention, kindness and resourcefulness. Here is our opportunity to come together, show up for ourselves and free ourselves :)

I look forward to sharing time with you.
