🧘🏼♀️ Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is a fun and dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movement. Each class contains a meditative 🙏🏼 warm-up, we then flow through yoga postures, often to upbeat music, building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance – for both body and mind. Class ends with a guided meditation and deep relaxation. You will leave feeling challenged and energised, yet also calm and centred.
All classes are mixed abilities with modifications offered to suit various levels. Beginners are very welcome! 💕
If you expect to miss a class, please email info@twistandblissyoga.com and we can arrange for you to attend class on another day to make up for the missed class. Make-up classes are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
In the event of a Covid disruption, classes will be made available online via Livestream and/or On-Demand services, no refunds will be made. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before booking the class block.
Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Students should arrive 10 minutes early and bring their own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap.
To avoid disrupting class, late arrivals will not be admitted.
Social distancing and enhanced hygiene measures are in effect. Wear a mask while moving around inside the building. You may remove your mask once you are settled on your yoga mat.
