Join us for a morning sequence of standing and floor postures to wake up the body and mind. The practice also includes a breathing and relaxation practice.
This class is suitable for beginners to yoga, returners to yoga or for anybody wanting to take a little time out and connect mind, body and spirit.
Please bring your mat, a blanket, a cushion and a drink.
