Open to Key Stage 1 pupils only
Contemporary dance uses the natural flow of the body to create movement, showing both grace and strength. In this club, children will learn the technique as well as dance routines each week.
Children should change into their PE kits or clothing suitable for movement, e.g. tshirt and jogging bottoms or leggings. Branded VyMy Dance dancewear is available at www.vymydance.co.uk/vymyuniform however this is not compulsory.
Children should also bring with them a bottle of water to drink when they need.
Children will be barefoot for this class or, if they have ballet shoes or jazz shoes, these can be worn (these aren't compulsory but can be purchased via VyMy Dance- email nisha@vymydance.co.uk for more details)
