Steeking is often considered a kind of daredevil knitting: cutting into our beautiful colourwork is a scary thought. This workshop is designed to remove the terror from this incredibly useful technique. You will knit a cute sheep mug cozy in the round and then, with guidance and emotional support, learn how to reach for the scissors and cut without fear!
Students should be comfortable working in the round, elementary colourwork, knit and purl
Supplies:
-A free yarn kit will be provided!
-You will bring 3mm dpns or 60cm circular needles

Cancellation Policy
Students must cancel at least 2 weeks before the class is scheduled in order to receive a refund. Should the store cancel a class, students will receive a full refund. Please note that Wabi Sabi reserves the right to postpone and reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this be the case, we will make every effort to contact students to let them know of the cancellation and to arrange a makeup class.
