This programme is designed to support NQT mentors, new and experienced, to develop their practice as coaches.
The programme consists of six sessions, each, one hour in length, three in the summer term 2020 and three in the Autumn Term 2021. Three drop-in supervision sessions will take place in December 2020, March and June 2021. These supervision sessions are to provide individual support and guidance for mentors.

This programme is free for all NQT Mentors in WTSA Appropriate Body Schools and all mentors who support NQT mentors who support Primary or Special School NQTs enrolled in the WTSA NQT induction programmes.
