A positive, collaborative problem-solving opportunity which will develop your leadership and coaching skills. The four, two hour facilitated sessions will address challenges commonly faced by headteachers.

Leading Change
Making Lesson Observation Developmental
Developing Partnerships
Facilitated by Thinking Classroom consultant and ILM executive coach Mike Fleetham these sessions will use techniques for creating high quality professional dialogue in a confidential setting.
Each session comprises a focused input and a structured open forum in which group members will be able to set the agenda and share their experiences, suggestions, ideas and questions. This is a positive, collaborative problem solving opportunity using group coaching activities that you can also use back in school with your leadership teams.
This is an Online Course
A unique, password protected link will be sent to you shortly before the start time. The session will not be recorded and will be locked 10 minutes after the start time.
The session is best accessed from a PC or laptop with Zoom 5.2 installed, good audio and video and via a stable internet connection. Accessing via a phone, tablet or Chromebook is possible but your participation in the sessions may be restricted due to limited Zoom functionality. Please ensure beforehand that you can use Zoom from the location, on the network and using the machine that you will be using for the session.
