A positive, collaborative problem-solving opportunity which will develop your leadership and coaching skills. The four, 2-hour facilitated sessions will address challenges commonly faced by headteachers. Topics covered include:

  • Making meetings valuable
  • Leading change
  • Making lesson observations developmental
