It encourages us to be free from habitual, sedentary movement patterns and experience the wisdom of our bodies. This practice is great for anyone who wishes to explore fluid, functional mobility, thoughtful inquiry, diaphragmatic breathing and relaxation. It is accessible and movements can be adapted easily (we often use props).
