Yoga isn’t about fancy asanas, it’s about so much more and our beginners yoga course is here for you if you wish to explore the yoga world and see what it can do for your body, mind and soul. Starting your Yoga practice by getting the basics just right is a really effective way to layer up your understanding of the ancient and modern aspects of Yoga.
In this 6 week course, Veronika will lead you through the steps to master the most common Yoga Asanas (postures), introduce you to Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation, as well as discuss some of the philosophical underpinnings but mainly, you will discover what your body can truly do and how powerful it can be. By the end of the course you will feel ready to continue your yoga journey into an ongoing beginners/improvers class, or start to join in with most beginner to intermediate level Hatha or Flow classes on our weekly schedule.

Note you must book at pay for the block, which is £66 for 6 weeks.
