The Office of Health Promotion & Wellness in partnership with University Recreation are proud to offer FREE wellness yoga classes on campus for faculty and staff. Participants must register for classes to attend.

This program is for faculty and staff. Classes are 40 minutes with limited spaces. Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothing appropriate for exercising. By registering, you are making a commitment to attend. Space is limited and we would like to utilize to the fullest the class spaces we have available. If you are unable to attend, cancel your reservation within 24 hours.

    You have registered for a yoga class in Ferguson Student Center, room 3107. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation through the link provided in your confirmation email or through the Bookwhen site under the "Options" tab under "Booking Details". It is your responsibility to cancel if you are unable to attend so that others may take advantage of these classes. Attendance is monitored and those who repeatedly no-show to a class will not be allowed to register for classes.
