Join us for a nurturing two-hour session designed especially for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause.
Grounded & Growing is a gentle, empowering collaboration between Renni and myself, Emma a forest school leader offering nature-inspired experiences for adults.
Together, we’ll create space to rest, reconnect, and re-energise in the calming embrace of nature. Expect a blend of peaceful woodland time, seasonal crafts, hand relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and time around the campfire with hot drinks and conversation.
This is your time – to pause, to breathe, and to feel supported. Whether you're feeling fatigued, facing changes in your body, or simply need space to reset, this session offers grounding, sisterhood, and tools for wellbeing.
Come as you are. Take part in as much or as little as you like. Leave feeling connected, uplifted, and more at home in yourself.
Where:
The session will take place at Wild Things, located just off Scarcroft Road, within the grounds of Millthorpe School. As this event runs on a weekend, parking is available at the school.
Clothing:
Please dress for the outdoors. Check the forecast and then pack a raincoat, just in case!
Weather Policy:
We embrace almost all weather—rain, snow, or sunshine—but safety comes first. In the event of gusty winds or storms, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded. In these cases, Emma will contact you directly with updates.
