Acrylic Pour Painting Workshop (Auburn Studio)

Come learn the hottest new art technique and shock your friends when you come home with two stunning abstract paintings. Pour painting is a fun and rewarding technique that results in somewhat unpredictable and totally unique paintings. No experience necessary, participants will be given basic instruction on color harmony and design before diving in and creating their own unique, poured masterpieces. Artists will be taught several techniques to improve their pours as well, including: Swiping, flip-cup, flower pour and the puddle pour. Create beautiful swirls of color on canvas in this experimental fluid painting class!

The workshop fee includes two 8" x 10" canvases. The paintings need to dry, participants will need to come back anytime during business hours (M-F, 8-4 pm) to retrieve their canvases.
