This relaxing informative class supports mums throughout their pregnancy. It will be facilitated by a yoga tutor -Tara Crist) , hypnobirthing teacher & midwife -Joanna Williamson and a pregnancy & baby expert and massage therapist -Louise Prince. Each class starts with 45 minutes of gentle pregnancy yoga followed by another 30 minutes Q & A experience & discussion; hypnobirthing, meditation, breathing, birth places, sleeping positions, breech birth, home births, the 4th Trimester, and much more. £10 for 1st class

Post-natal yoga exercises for mother & groovy moves to nursery rhymes for baby. Lots of different moves to stimulate and relax your baby; using your body as playground for the babies, not only develops your own core strength but enhances baby’s spatial awareness, confidence and muscle tone. Playtime without the toys, tummy time without noise and a strong body for you to see you through these growing years! Tara teaches this fun, stretching and nurturing class for mother& child. Classes are 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class, this class is suitable for mothers with babies from 5 weeks upwards ( until you feel it is not suitable for you). £40 for 6 classes to be used within 9 weeks).
