Once again we are delighted to invite Kelly back to Yoga Dragon. To run of her amazing Kundalini and Mantra Workshops.
During this Spring Clean Workshop Kelly will guild you through a cleansing Kundalini Yoga Kriya for Detoxification and a beautiful uplifting mantra to manifest miracles to your life.
Spring is the perfect time for detoxifying the body, mind and spirit and through regular Kundalini Yoga Kriya and Meditation practice we can cleanse and rebuild ourselves bringing a steady state of flow and vibrancy to keep us positive and light as we move out of Winter into the joys of Spring.
This workshop is for everyone no experience necessary, come and experience the magic, shift any blocks and feel revitalised!
