Welcome and Celebrate - Spring Equinox

I am excited to invite you to ‘Welcome and Celebrate’ the Spring Equinox with me.
The Spring Equinox is a time when night and day are at equal length and we could say it is a point of perfect balance of dark and light, this will be our theme for our time together.

We will first explore the deeper, quieter and more peaceful aspects of ourselves with a nurturing Yin sequence to sooth and ground and harmonise ourselves.

We will then grow to build a stronger more energising Yang flow celebrating our movement and growth and our journey towards spring.

Through our whole practice together we will honour, that which grows up, must first grow down, creating strong foundations rooted within the earth!

This will be a time to celebrate and embrace the Spring, the time of new life, growth and like new shoots emerging from the dark and into the light!

Closing our Yoga Practice together we we will then share time eating a vegetarian buffet style lunch.
