Pregnancy is such a unique and wonderful time. I've used yoga during both of my pregnancies and I am excited to share how yoga can help you to keep you calm and connected to your baby, energised and more positive during your pregnancy and when giving birth.
Yogalise Pregnancy Yoga uses flowing sequences to develop your strength and stamina. Breathing techniques will be introduced which are a powerful way to ease away any anxieties and women often report that they are the most useful tool when giving birth. At the end of the session, we will end with a blissfully soothing relaxation. The beauty of this online class is that you can get into your own bed and drift off to sleep afterwards.
Whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner, everyone is welcome to join this friendly and relaxed class.
Classes are kept small and personalised so there are limited spaces. We advise you to book on early.

The class will run online from the comfort of your own home. A link will be sent out nearer the time with full instructions of how to join the class.
Make yourself comfortable by preparing 2 cushions, a blanket for the relaxation part and a yoga/exercise mat or towel (to provide you with some grip during the movements).
