For Teachers - this intensive course carries 30 CPD hours accredited by the Independent Yoga Network (it is included as an intensive module as part of our Advanced Teacher Training). This course is designed to take you more deeply into your practice, which is the wellspring for congruent teaching. A journey to gather insight, inspiration and embodied knowledge to share with your students and to take into the rest of your life!

For all - An invitation to deepen your personal Sadhana over 10 weeks. An opportunity to come further along the path of Bhakti (devotion) and awakening through Yoga & Movement Medicine Dance (MM) in a therapeutic environment. In the words of Ken Wilber come & show up, wake up, grow up & clean up!

It will be a small intimate group (max 16). We will explore Tantric philosophy & the teachings from the Shakta/Sri Vidya Tradition, dance and shadow, systemic & transpersonal psychology & contemporary shamanism, alongside group process & enquiry to stimulate awakening & healing.

We will also explore Yogasana via Self Practice (SP) breath & pranayama, meditation, mantra, prayer and ritual, We will invoke the power & blessings of the Mahavidyas (Great Wisdom Goddesses/Archetypes) for empowerment, awakening, support & healing.

There will be time for 'Satsang' - spontaneous enquiry into the nature of consciousness & spirituality, psychology & the body. An opportunity to explore existential questions through open discussion.

This course is for those who are already firmly on the path of Yoga & are passionate about going deeper. This commitment is for you and for Seva (service); for the benefit of all.

"Lokaha Samastaha Sukino Bhavantu" -" May all Beings in all realms be free & happy"
