Details

Take time to retreat into an evening of rest. Interweaving restorative yoga, yoga nidra, heartfelt massage and enchanting Indian flute, we offer an evening of deep relaxation, an opportunity to come home to your body and settle deep within your heart space. Each workshop draws inspiration from the seasonal cycles and Celtic festivals to frame our intentions & reflections as we come together for collective rest.

Specially selected seasonal herbal teas & sweet treats included.

What to expect?

These evenings are carefully crafted to offer a space to experience the therapeutic & healing benefits of deep rest and connection. There will be time to share with the group through opening & closing circles and plenty of time to nestle into your own space & individual journey. Everything on offer is optional - the primary invitation is for you to use the space exactly as you need to, even if this were to curl up and sleep for the duration. Our facilitators bring a wealth of expertise in creating trauma-informed, accessible and safer enough spaces to hold you on this journey into the magical land of yoga nidra.

Schedule:

6.30pm: arrivals, tea & settling into the space
7pm: opening circle
7.30pm: breathwork & gentle movement
7.45pm: restorative yoga & massage
8.30pm: yoga nidra & music
9.15pm: waking up, closing circle & chanting.
9.30pm: sweet treats & tea

There will be bolsters, blocks and additional blankets to use at the studio. We do recommend you bring your own mat & extra blanket(s) (some people even bring hot water bottles!). Make sure you wear comfortable & bring extra layers including socks & jumpers to make sure your as cosy as can be!
