This workshop is designed to stand alone or accompany the 6 week Yoga for Beginners course also designed & led by Katie. An opportunity to give you a headstart or a refresh on what is covered in the course.

Who is Katie Despres?
Katie Despres is a Yoga teacher, Transpersonal Coach & Family Constellations Facilitator. A lover of travel, life experiences, food and nature and a mother of three children of mixed heritage. Katie offers a combination of her work in 121 “Wellbeing Sessions” online or from her home in Bristol and runs courses, workshops and retreats in both the UK and abroad Katie discovered yoga at the age of 40….and practice of Yoga changed how she experienced her life.
