This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the ideal opportunity to escape the craziness of life currently and release and let go of tension.
The session will begin with a short talk about the breath, stress and how we hold tension. Then will move into Vinyasa flow yoga with emphasis on the areas of the body that we often hold tension and different postures and exercises to release.
In the second half of the workshop there will be the opportunity to learn self massage techniques and trigger point therapy. Hazel as a Chiropractor applies her know of the body and anatomy to guide you through these exercises.The workshop will then flow into yin yoga and then complete relaxation.
This workshop is designed to be appropriate for all levels, including those new to yoga.
