Yogasara Advanced Teacher Training Open Day

An opportunity to explore what the Yogasara Advanced Teacher Training could offer you. A course for Teacher Training graduates, to take you deeper into your own personal Sadhana and to equip you with more knowledge and teaching skills.

Sarah, our course leader, will be holding the day, supported by faculty teachers + assistants from previous cohorts.

10 - 12: Led yoga class and exploration of Yogasara Method and Tantric philosophy
12 - 12.30: Break with tea and cake
12.30 - 1.30: Overview of the course + Q and A

There is no charge for the day. We welcome charity donations (on the day) which will go to TreeSisters.
