My name is Katie Despres & I have been running the Beginners course at Yogasara for the past 3 years & have introduced 100's of people to Yoga
I am a 1000 hour qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with the IYN. A senior teacher at Yogasara plus an experienced Transpersonal/ Wellbeing Coach and Family Constellations Practitioner.
I have three children and found yoga at the age of 40 - it changed how I live my life. I teach what I have experienced myself. I give with clear instructions with humor and in a realistic & practical & down-to-earth way teach two Beginners Courses:
Level 1 - 6-7.15pm - our focus will be on learning the Sun Salutation, a sequence of movements & postures
Level 2 - 7.30-8.45pm - our focus will be to revisit the Sun Salutation each session & then add in the Standing Postures such a Warrior 1, 2, 3 & 4
