(MY) Menopause Yoga™️ is especially designed for women going through the stages of menopause to manage the array of symptoms experienced during this transitional time. Menopause Yoga™️ offers both a therapeutic and empowering approach to managing the physical, mental, and emotional ups and downs in peri-menopause, menopause, and post menopause.

This workshop is open to women at any stage in the menopause who are looking for support and release from anxiety, stress and overwhelm. During our time together we will talk, listen and support each other through this journey.

This will be a opportunity to explore how yoga can support us through this transitional time. The yoga practice will be gentle and deeply nourishing. Pranayama and relaxation techniques learnt in class can be used in daily life whenever necessary to soothe the mind and body.

The yoga practice, and all the practices shared in this workshop, are accessible to all women.
You don’t have to be an experienced yoga practitioner. Whether you are managing peri-menopause or post-menopausal symptoms, yoga can help you cope, find relief, and navigate this transition in a positive way.


What to bring:
Yoga mat and any props you may require, a small blanket and cushion, a pen and journal (any notebook will do), bottle of water, and most importantly an open heart.

This workshop is open to all women. Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.

On arrival at the venue please use the hand sanitiser gel by the door and place on a mask before entering the building. Please go directly up the stairs to the Studio.

Social distancing is currently in place. You are encouraged to bring your own mat with you and any props that you may require. If you do not have your own mat, there will be a few available for use. Please bring only essential items with you to the studio.

To ensure the safety and welfare of others, if you feel unwell with any of the COVID 19 symptoms, have tested positive with COVID 19 or been in contact with someone who has had COVID 19 in the past 10 days, please do NOT attend class.

Please let me know in advance of any medical problems or if you have any questions. Please mention any relevant medical history (e.g. heart problems, respiratory problems, blood pressure, arthritis, back problems, neck problems, pregnancy, detached retina, prolapsed disc, cancer, any serious injuries in the past, whether fully healed or not, etc). If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.

I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
