Payments
All prices and payments are in Euros. Payments can be made:

Online:

• The payment is taken in full
• If you don't have a paypal account, click on the Pay with a debit or credit card option and you can still make a secure payment. 30% deposits cannot be made through paypal.

Via bank transfers:

• The payment can be made in full
• or a 30% deposit can be made to secure your reservation
• Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to Retreat must be paid in full.

Airport Transport
We offer Airport Transport on arriving and departure days. The fee per way is 60€ which will be splitted by guests (max. of 4 guests). If you are planning to book the transport please send us your flight times. We will contact you 2 weeks prior to Retreat to let you know possible Transport times (you will still be able to decide if you want to book the Transport).

Cancellations:
If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation and have responded having acknowledged the cancellation. If you cancel your retreat:

30 days or more prior to the retreat start date, we will retain the deposit;
30 days or fewer prior to the retreat date, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.
We advise you take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, which will help cover any cancellation fees. If you fail to join a retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat, or leave the retreat prior to its completion, no refund will be made.

Booking for 2 or more
To add another person to your booking, follow the link on your confirmation page, then click "Add Another Person" (top right) and remember to select the same room or if booking more than one room you can select more than one room

Shared or Single occupancy
We host a maximum of 14 guests per week. We have various single accommodations. If you are deciding for a shared option we will make sure that the person you are sharing with will be of the same gender.

Retreating for two weeks
If you would like to book for two weeks, we will treat you to the Saturday night between Retreats at Casa Erica. There is no additional costs for this night.
