Our yoga is designed to help runners, cyclists, golfers, dog walkers - anyone who wants to keep active and injury free.
Whether you sit all day at a desk or constantly rushing around, this class will put you in the right mindset to take on the rest of the week.
This class will focus on the core, strengthening and balancing the muscles that keep our bodies moving. Moving with the breath improves concentration and focus.
Class type is Vinyasa Flow yoga for all levels.
