This class will be held on our deck or warm gym if weather is chilly!

Our yoga is designed to help runners, cyclists, golfers, dog walkers - anyone who wants to keep active and injury free.

Whether you sit all day at a desk or constantly rushing around, this class will put you in the right mindset to take on the rest of the week.
