This 4-week course is perfect for absolute beginners or those returning to yoga. You'll gain the confidence and foundational skills needed to join any yoga class, anywherNo prior experience is required—yoga is for every body, regardless of size, shape, or flexibility (no need to touch your toes!). The only requirement is that you can comfortably get up and down from the floor.
In this course, you'll learn:

Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat (I have some spare—please let me know in advance if you'd like to borrow one).
Bring a blanket for extra comfort during relaxation, can double up as a prop.
