Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to stay active during your pregnancy. It will help relieve any pregnancy-related aches and pains, encourage bonding with your baby bump and build the physical strength in preparation for birth. We will use adapted yoga poses, fluid movement and learn useful birthing positions as well as breathing meditations and visualisations. These will help you stay comfortable, balanced and calm throughout pregnancy and give you tools to feel prepared, empowered and positive for birth and motherhood.

This class will be recorded and will be available to replay for the duration of the block. (No participants will feature in the recording).

Payment

There are now tiered payment options so please pay what you can afford. Of course, if you find yourself in a position where the price would stop you attending please let me know and I will offer the class for free. It is more important to keep our connections and community alive through this challenging time.

The Sunflower Centre

20% of what you pay will go to the Sunflower Centre to help keep them going through this challenging time. They have been very generous to me in the past when I was establishing classes so it is an honour to be able to return the favour. They provide an incredible service to the community and I very much hope they will continue to do so after all of this has passed.
