This course will follow on from the Beginners Level One course and is perfect for those who have either completed the level one or have some previous Yoga experience and would like to advance their practise.
We will start by re-capping the basic postures, sun salutations, and standing poses learned in level one, before progressing to standing balancing poses, twisting postures, arm balances, back bends and inverted postures. We will also explore some more advanced breathing practises and introduce the use of bhandas ( internal locks)- when we incorporate these into the posture it helps us to enhance our experience of the practise.
The course will run at Aroma House and also in Caversham Court Gardens in good weather.
