In the past years I had the pleasure of supporting my partner in learning how to make proper Italian, sourdough pizza (by eating it - wink wink). His pizza has become so good that we now host yoga and pizza events together.
Join us on Sunday 23rd February
for the 6th edition of Yoga & Pizza 10.30am to 2pm
Start the day with a vinyasa yoga practise, enjoy Mattia's sourdough pizza made right there with the best quality Italian toppings, sip some delicious home made lemonade and end with dessert and a choice of tea or coffee.
The yoga class welcomes all levels of experience, including those newer to the practise.
There will be vegan and vegetarian pizza as well as some pizza with meat. If you like the toppings, take a slice or two and we keep making pizza till everyone is full.
Currently we don't offer gluten free options.
Bring a friend with the "Skip the Yoga" option available for friends and family of those booked on to the full event: food and drinks only for £25 per person, from 12pm.
Blocks and straps are provided.
Bring your own mat or reserve one when booking.
Bring a water bottle.
