You are warmly invited to spend an afternoon with Katy Shay and Kate Knowles with yoga, relaxation, meditation, pranayama and crystal singing bowl soundbath to celebrate the spring equinox. There will be plenty of time for sharing thoughts, ideas and dreams, as well as a vegan afternoon tea.
This event is for women only.
The Sunday event will be suitable for anyone who prefers to remain seated in a chair.
