Yoga with Sarah

My name is Sarah and I’m here to welcome you to my new online hub for all things wellness and lifestyle related.

My hope is to build a community of like minded souls interested in all things wellness. My aim is for this to be a place for you to come to find some stillness in the chaos of this busy world.

Most of us come to yoga as a physical practice, to get stronger or more flexible. Maybe we also come to generate some ease in our harried days. The yoga I practice and teach offers all of this, and a few other things as well.

Above all, I see yoga as a way to come home to our still point, to return to the place we all carry within us that stays steady through the spin and the swirl of our days. We find this still point through bringing loving attention to our own body, mind, heart, and breath, in meditation, movement, study, and breath work.

Yoga is for everybody regardless of body type, ability or age there are modifications and challenges to suit everybody.

I am so excited to welcome you to my new online hub and see you on the mat soon.
