Booking process
All upcoming events are shown on your personalised schedule page. The page has a simple URL (eg bookwhen.com/mypage) which makes it easy to enter and memorable. Each event has its own page where people can book by simply entering the details you have requested.
Once booked, attendees can manage their booking through their private link that is sent to them via email. There is no unnecessary account and password setup stage during the booking process.
Notifications
Receive booking notifications by email or text message. View your bookings in bookwhen, in your calendar, or download them into a spreadsheet.
Payments
Easily take payments for your bookings using PayPal. Set ticket types and promotional discount codes.
Calendar flexibility
Bookwhen can look at the events in your existing calendar (Google, Yahoo, etc) to create your schedule and booking pages. Repeating events can be used to setup ongoing class schedules.
You can also enter your events directly into bookwhen if you do not use a calendar.

— Angie Porter, SearchlabBookwhen was so simple to set up, and I love that I was able to brand it with my colours and logo, so it looks great as well as saving me heaps of time. Brilliant!
Web based
There's no software to download. Nothing to install on your computer. It all lives on the web. Access your bookings from anywhere by simply logging into the account area of the bookwhen site. You can download your booking data whenever you want.
Examples
Due to its flexibility, bookwhen is being used in some novel ways. Apart from the usual event registration and class booking, it's being used to take bookings for boat charter and even to manage slots supervising conference stands. Let us know how you're using it.
