We are really looking forward to welcoming new members to our face to face classes.
Our signature SimplyFit classes are 45 minutes of freestyle choreographed exercise (30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes strength and toning, 5 minutes stretch and relaxation). We offer a variety of cardio exercise routines including freestyle aerobics, HiiT, Latin, boxfit, band workouts. In these classes, you'll also have access to optional weight-loss support and nutritional advice if you have a particular goal in mind.
BodyFit classes are 45 minutes of high intensity fat-busting cardio and body conditioning designed to target those stubborn spots!
Pure Stretch classes combine Pilates, Stretch and Yoga-based moves in a mat-based class which will leave you lengthened and strengthened!
CardioFit classes the same as our SimplyFit classes, just without the floorwork! If getting up and down isn't for you, then this class is!
Lift Lean is a weights-based resistance class set to timed music to improve bone density and muscle mass - great for improving strength as you age.
