Requirements: This Class is suitable for complete beginners and current students that have not yet completed level 1
Are you new to pole dance or never tried it before? Well, this is the class for you!
In this class you will learn some basic spins and transitions as well as climbing the pole, we will also build on trying to do some of these spins on your weaker hand and even one handed! We will also work through some fun routines to help you with linking moves together!
Don't forget we run free taster sessions every fortnight on a Friday, so if you want to try out pole before commiting to a paid lesson this is the perfect opportunity!
This level will normally take between 6-12 weeks to complete.
