Lisa trained at professionally at Italia Conti academy and The ISTD going on to work on music videos, cheerleading for the NFL and become a series regular in Sky 1's Dream team. Toddlers dance was set up 15 years ago for a way of introducing pre school children to the world of music and dance. The classes are fun, fast paced And lively. We use props to distract the more self conscious child and a mix of modern and classic music to fill their minds with fantasy and exploration. The classes are a place to come to meet others and enjoy watching your child grow and develop New skills . Lisa is a mum and also teaches in a local independent school.
Clubbercise is a new project combining fitness and fun whilst maintaining a positive mental health balance. Please note we are now permanently at St oswalds hall in Croxley green .
