Our policy is to offer where possible a date transfer should you not be able to attend the booking you have made. If this is not possible a training voucher to the value of the workshop booked will be awarded. These must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of issue. No date transfer will be made or training voucher issued for non attendance at a workshop without notification. A refund will only be offered if ANSA Training cancel a workshop.
