Refund policy

Please note that tickets are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled, but you can pass them on to somebody else if you're unable to attend.
In case of strong winds or thunder and lightning we will postpone or cancel the event. In such instance you’ll receive a credit note or a full refund. Most events will run in rainy conditions.
