Refunds and/or Transfers will only be offered when adhering to more than 12 hours notice for classes and 24 hours notice for Private Sessions.
Failure to cancel in time will result in any class pass/monies being owed to or retained by Bodywerx Studios and/or the individual instructor.
Failure to attend your booking ‘no show’, will result in class pass/monies being owed to or retained by Bodywerx Studios and/or the individual instructor.
In the event Bodywerx Studios or its Instructors has to cancel any session, all class passes/monies will be protected. Bookings will be transferred to the earliest equivalent class/session or class passes returned for reuse.
