PICK AND MIX-
This full body workout is one of the best ways to pick up your fitness level and tone up, combining a number of exercises like spin, circuits, boxing and weights. This class challenges all your major muscle groups to help you get into shape.
GROUP CYCLING-
A fun packed workout on the bike that is ideal for all level of fitness and experience. Throughout the class our experienced instructor will be motivating you to push and challenge yourself to achieve your individual goal
BLAST CLASS-
One of the most effective and efficient workouts you can do, this HIIT class will be sure to give you an all round workout. With motivating instructor and a short recovery inbetween intervals, you can push yourself to the max during every set.
